A Note From The Principal
As the leader of Old High Middle School, I take great pride in exceeding the norms of education. You’ll find evidence of our mission of multisensory learning experiences to increase depth of knowledge in every nook and cranny of Old High. You'll discover a staff, of the highest quality, working together to create a safe place for student driven exploration. We encourage students to be different and to be better. By setting aside time, resources and passion for innovative programs such as enrichment, academic support, and Makers’ Ed, in addition to rigorous curriculum instruction, we're able to provide tailored learning opportunities for ALL students.
You’ll often hear me say, “Not on my watch,” in response to how I feel about students falling behind, feeling unsafe, unseen, or not being served well. This phrase adequately portrays my urgency and heart for the students we serve. My pledge to students, staff, parents, and community is three fold and guides every decision I make:
